RV Inspection and Evaluations

Having a detailed report by an NRVIA Certified Level RV Inspector shows you took the initiative in your sales approach. When you combine that with knowing what systems to fix or repair and gaining a big advantage over comparable RVs for sale that don’t have an inspection report, you’ll find yourself in a great position. Be sure to mention these things to make prospective buyers even more attracted to your sales ad!

RV Buyer’s Inspection

We buy an RV with thoughts of freedom and adventure, so a great way toward those dreams is a complete inspection, a detailed report with photographs, and an optional fluid analysis. The details listed in your RV inspection report will make it easier to decide if you should buy the recreational vehicle in question. You’ll also gain invaluable information to help you negotiate the price with the seller or dealer. You want to hit the road in your RV without worries, rather than waiting weeks for a repair appointment, followed by additional weeks for repair completion.

RV Buyer's Re-Inspection

You’ve already found the RV of your dreams, but it also needed a few repairs. How can you know whether or not the seller or dealer handled everything as promised? Book our RV Re-Inspection Service to get a second look at the vehicle’s condition. We’ll re-assess the vehicle again and any areas reported as repaired and let you know if everything is truly ready to go.

Pre-Listing / Seller’s RV Inspection

Perhaps you’ve asked yourself the following questions: Could a detailed RV Inspection report with photos and fluid analysis help sell my RV? What will set apart my RV sales ad from the multitude of RVs for sale? The fact is that it could very well be an unbiased third-party inspection report that finds serious buyers and not just lookers, thereby enabling you to sell the RV faster and easier. Now that’s a reason to smile.

Bus Conversion Buyer’s Inspection

We all have thoughts of freedom and adventure, so a great way toward those dreams is a bus conversion inspection, a detailed report with photographs, and optional fluid analysis. The details listed in your bus conversion inspection report will make it easier to decide if you should buy the “skoolie” in question. You’ll also gain invaluable information to help you negotiate the price with the seller. You want to hit the road in “skoolie” without worries.

What do you get?

Mountain Bear RV offers two inspection options: Essential and Premier. Your choice of inspection will determine its scope, cost, and duration of work.

Regardless of the inspection option you select, you can be certain that it will address life safety issues such as LP system inspections, carbon monoxide and smoke detection, fire extinguishers, tire safety, and breakaway systems, if offered.

After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report within 24-48 hours. Every specific examination point will be included in this report, along with comments and pictures. The number of inspection points, the number of images, and the length of the report will all depend on the inspection option chosen.

You can also decide to have fluid samples of important RV fluids taken if you’d like.  After being evaluated, the samples are forwarded to our lab partners for analysis, and you receive the detailed results back.  Your engine, generator, and transmission’s “health” can be ascertained with the use of this sampling procedure.
